One practice for every age in your family
We care for children and their parents and grandparents in the same practice. From a child’s first visit through preventive sealants, we set the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.

Family & Pediatric Dentistry in Pikesville, MD
The first regular dental visit should be just after your child’s third birthday. The first visit is usually short and involves very little treatment. We may ask you to sit in the dental chair and hold your child during the examination, or to wait in the reception area for part of the visit so a relationship can be built between your child and your dentist.
We gently examine your child’s teeth and gums, take x-rays if needed to reveal decay and check on permanent teeth under the gums, and may clean the teeth and apply topical fluoride. Most important of all, we review with you how to clean and care for your child’s teeth.
Because we are a true family practice in Pikesville, many of our families schedule back-to-back appointments so children and parents are seen in one trip. Generations of Baltimore-area families are treated here by the same team.
